CEO Rules for the Week
Work in three focused blocks daily: Command, Creation, Communication.
Choose only three critical outcomes each morning.
New ideas go into an Idea Vault; they do not automatically become projects.
Every meeting ends with: owner, deadline, deliverable.
Do not personally perform a task that can be clearly delegated.
Protect sleep, meals, medication timing, and recovery.
Stop working at the scheduled shutdown time and record tomorrow’s first action.

CEO arrival — water, eat, prepare workspace. Open one command document. Write: “What must exist seven days from now?”

Command
Company status review across five divisions: AVANTI Issue 01, AGIIINCY operations, HARMONEY, RUSH PRISM, Spirit & Brad.
10:00 AM
Command
Select and lock the five weekly outcomes.
10:30 AM
Command
Build the executive board: Decision required / In progress / Waiting on someone / Approved / Completed. Every task needs owner + deadline.
12:00 PM
Command
Lunch and reset — no company messaging for the first 20 minutes.
1:00 PM
Command
Team responsibility pass — assign Rush (vision/approval/partnerships), Skye (operations/follow-ups), editorial, design, external partners.
2:30 PM
Communication
Send each person: the assignment, why it matters, the deadline, what “done” looks like, where to submit.
4:00 PM
Command
CEO decision hour — Issue 01 size/page count, print vs digital, December 15 scope, initial print quantity, launch budget.
5:00 PM

Shutdown — record completed decisions and tomorrow’s first task.
